Shipping Methods
We use Australia Post parcel post for standard shipping to Australia & New Zealand.
Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia, except for orders over $99 AUD, which qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Timeframes
Orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast, Qld warehouse.
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 2 - 4 business days from time of postage for same state delivery or 3 - 6 days for all other interstate. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays and weekends, as well as processing times.
New Zealand shipping please allow 5 - 8 business days from time of shipping.
Order Processing
Your order will incur a processing time. Orders are processed within the same day if placed before 1500 AEST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business.
Dispatch
All orders will be dispatched within 48 business hours. Tracking information will be provided through Australia Post.
International Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand, but are working on extending Mr Natural borders soon. Please enquire if you wish to order from outside of Australia or New Zealand.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the event of damaged goods, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We reserve the right to assess each situation individually. A replacement, credit or Refund may be issued due to damaged items, excluding shipping costs. Communication regarding damaged items must be conducted via email. Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns only for items that are damaged, incorrect, or not received due to reasons other than the customer providing an incorrect address. All other returns are not permitted.

Customs and Duties
As we only ship within Australia and New Zealand, customs duties and taxes do not apply.
Communication
Customers will receive order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and tracking information via email from Mr Natural and Australia Post.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any unforeseen events beyond our control that may affect shipping times or delivery.
