RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns only for items that are damaged, incorrect, or not received due to reasons other than the customer providing an incorrect address. All other returns are not permitted.
For Damaged Products
Please contact us as soon as your damaged package arrives. You will need to take as many photos as possible as proof of the damaged item within the parcel and send it to our email within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and we reserve the right to either ship another item, offer a refund or issue store credit.
To submit a return/refund due to damage, simply contact us at mrnaturalsuperfoods@gmail.com, with your name, contact details, order number, damaged items (if any) and reason for the return.
For incorrect items
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving an incorrect item.
The item will need to be returned to us before we can re-issue another item. Please contact us as soon as possible at mrnaturalsuperfoods@gmail.com with your name, contact details, order number, incorrect items & a photo of items received. We will then send you the information to ship it back to us. The item will need to be unused & unopened. Once we receive the item, we will ship the correct item to you.
