This super easy-to-make chocolate pudding will satisfy those post-dinner sweet tooth cravings, without the guilt!
And it only takes a few ingredients, a blender and a few minutes to whip up.
How good!

Ingredients:
Half a ripe avocado
120ml coconut cream
32g of Mr Natural healthy hot chocolate + a little extra for topping
If you don't have Mr Natural Healthy Hot Chocolate to hand then we highly recommend you order some now!
Jokes aside, you really should. It should be a staple in every pantry, it's that
versatile.
But for now you can instead use around 20g of organic cacao powder and a natural sweetener of your choice. We love coconut nectar or Raw Honey. Sweeten to taste.
Or if you're cutting down on carbs and want a keto version we love using a little Monk fruit juice powder (the pure organic version without erythritol)
Optional - for topping
Fresh fruit - We love berries like organic blueberries or strawberries
Crushed nuts
Nut butter - for an extra decadent desert!
Fresh mint - to garnish
Method:
Simply add all the ingredients to blender and blitz for 30 seconds - 1 minute
(we use a Nutribullet but any blender should do the trick)
Pause half way through blending and give it a good shake up, stir or scrape down.
The mixture will be thick but it should be smooth enough to blend thoroughly.
Consistency will vary slightly depending on size of avocado and whether using milk or cream.
Add all little extra coconut cream if needed.
Blitz again until smooth and creamy.

And voila!
Serve in a small bowl and top with nuts, fresh berries and a sprinkling of Mr Natural.
Eat straight away if you can't wait OR if you have the patience, pop it in the fridge until chilled for a thicker pud with a beautiful rich velvety texture.
Enjoy!
You have yourself a deliciously decadent, healthy dessert.
Cheers to health, happiness and deliciousness,
Mr Natural.
